The programme started with a major launch campaign involving significant media relations both in mainstream media and the trades. Then we ran an internal campaign for the ten different operating companies within the group. Overall, the project ran for around 18 months.


We culminated with a White Paper, written to explore the philosophy behind the change, capturing the unique voice of the business leader, Phillip Ullmann, a noted social entrepreneur and political campaigner. We launched the paper in partnership with the Social Market Foundation with a seminar at the Houses of Parliament including a government minister, several MPs and leaders of business, media and third sector organisations.
